CARRIER FREIGHT POLICIES
TheGiftBox.com ships by United States Postal Service/Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx and If there is damage to the product that requires a replacement customer must re-box product in original packaging and must have product available for pick-up. Customer must report damage immediately to customerservice@thegiftbox.com and said report must include details of damage accompanied by a photo clearly showing damage to the item.
Our customer service department will file all necessary paperwork for the damage claim with the shipper and and will arrange for replacement or refund of said item as efficiently as possible. Instructions will then we sent to customer with expected date for pickup.

ORDER TRACKING
Upon completion of your order you will receive an e-mail from us with your Order Number and details of the order placed. It is imperative you verify that all item numbers, quantities, colors, etc. have been acknowledged correctly. Orders begin processing immediately and after two hours we may not be possible to make changes to your order.
Many items are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. In stock items are generally received within 7 days. Other special order items can take longer according to production. You will be notified if delivery is expected to take over thirty days from the date of submission of your order. If delivery date is expected to take longer than thirty days you will have the option to: a) accept the expected delivery date; or b) cancel your order and receive a full refund including tax and shipping charges. If a product is on back order or temporarily out-of-stock you will be notified and at that time you will have the option to: a) keep the order active and wait for the product to be produced or; b) cancel your order and receive a full refund including tax and shipping charges.
Two Day Delivery
If requested a two day delivery service charge of $10.00 can be added to the above standard rate for items in stock. That would mean delivery should arrive two days after the day order is placed not including the date of order.
Overnight Delivery
If requested overnight delivery service charge of $18.00 can be added to the above standard rate for items in stock. That would mean delivery should arrive one day after the day order is placed not including date of order.
Any changes to the shipping location once order is processed can result in an additional charge. Delivery times are our best approximation and not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, they will vary with specific conditions.
SALES TAX INFORMATION
If your shipping address is in any state other than Missouri your purchases shall be considered non-taxable. If shipped within the State of Missouri a tax rate of $.07325 shall be applied to all purchases.
